At Atelier Glamour, every accessory is thoughtfully handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail. Many of our pieces are made-to-order, customised, or fall under hygiene-sensitive categories. For this reason, most items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for the following:
- Bespoke or customised accessories
- Made-to-order pieces
- Pierced earrings, due to hygiene regulations
- Any item created specifically to your requirements
Returns for Ready-Made Items
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with a ready-made (non-customised) product, you may request a return under the following conditions:

within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Items must be returned unused, in saleable condition, and in their original packaging with all labels attached.
Once your return request is approved, the item must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt.
Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund for the product cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping for Returns
The customer is responsible for all return postage costs.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as loss or damage during transit is the customer’s responsibility.
